** RETURN POLICY **

Thank you for shopping with us! We accept returns within 10 calendar days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
All exchanges are subject to approval. Please email all the details at email@example.com, including the reasons you want to return it and photos in case the garment arrived damaged. We kindly ask you to wait for our response before placing your purchase back. It is important to mention that the return shipping cost runs with the customer.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached on their original position and the packaging included
- Sale items cannot be returned
- Pre-order leather items cannot be returned as they have been created especially for you, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. We would like to emphasize that leather is a natural material, therefore it is possible to find little imperfections
Please be careful when trying on your purchase and return it in the same condition you received it. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to restrict future orders if your return behavior is uncommon.
Once your return has been received it can take up to 5 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Any refund can take up to 15 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
