** RETURN POLICY **

**Please do not remove the ribbon tag attached**

Please be advised that WE DO NOT accept returns. However, we offer exchanges for garments of equal value or store credit. Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of purchase and are subject to approval. All exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and come with all original tags attached

Please email all the details at customercare@cynthiabuttenklepper.com, including the reasons you want to return it and photos in case the garment arrived damaged. We kindly ask you to wait for our response before placing your purchase back.

For international purchases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns within Mexico will be covered by Cynthia Buttenklepper

  • SALE and PRE ORDER items can´t be exchange as they have been created especially for you, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. We would like to emphasize that leather is a natural material, therefore it is possible to find little imperfections

Please be careful when trying on your purchase and return it in the same condition you received it. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to restrict future orders if your return behavior is uncommon.
